2. Property Listings
For property listings (residential, commercial, and agricultural/open lands):
- Before Publication: If your listing has not yet been published and is still under review, you may request a full refund.
- After Publication: Once your property listing has been published on our platform, the listing fee is non-refundable.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent your listing from being properly displayed, you may be eligible for a refund or listing extension at our discretion.
3. Listing Duration Packages
For different duration listing packages:
- 28-Day Listings: No refunds are available after the listing has been published.
- 56-Day Listings: No refunds are available after the listing has been published.
- 84-Day Listings: No refunds are available after the listing has been published.
4. Bulk Listing Packages
For bulk listing packages:
- Unused Listings: If you purchase a bulk package and don't use all the listing credits, unused credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Partial Refunds: No partial refunds are provided for unused listings in a bulk package.
- Package Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a bulk package before using any listings, a 70% refund may be issued within 7 days of purchase.
5. Subscription Services
For subscription-based services:
- Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds are available after the listing has been published.
- Annual Subscriptions: No refunds are available after the listing has been published.
- Auto-Renewal: You can cancel auto-renewal at any time to prevent future charges, but this will not result in a refund for the current billing period.
6. Circumstances for Refund Consideration
We may consider refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error
- Platform outage exceeding 7 days that significantly impacts your listing visibility
- Incorrect charging amount due to system error
- Service not provided as described due to our error
7. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at support@gohomiq.com with your listing ID and reason for refund
- Our team will review your request within 3 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the your designated bank account
- Refund processing time varies by payment method (typically 5-10 business days)
8. GST and Processing Fees
Please note the following regarding taxes and fees:
- GST (18%) is non-refundable in most circumstances as per tax regulations
- Payment processing fees (typically 2-3%) may be deducted from refund amounts
9. Assisted Listing Services
For our assisted listing services:
- If we have begun the process of creating your listing, a 50% refund may be issued if requested within 24 hours
- Once the listing is completed and submitted for your approval, no refund will be issued
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website and will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the modification.
