4. Property Listings

When creating property listings, you agree to:

• Remove listings once the property is no longer available
• Comply with all applicable real estate laws and regulations

We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these terms or contain inappropriate content.

5. Fees and Payments

GoHomiq offers both free and premium listing options. For premium listings:

• All fees are clearly displayed before purchase
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• Listing fees are non-refundable once a listing is published
• Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes

6. User Conduct

When using our platform, you agree not to:

• Post fraudulent or misleading property listings
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post discriminatory content related to race, religion, gender, etc.
• Attempt to circumvent our fee structure
• Use our platform for any illegal activities
• Scrape or collect user data without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

7. Intellectual Property

The GoHomiq platform, including its logo, design, text, graphics, and other content, is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

By uploading content (images, descriptions, etc.) to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

GoHomiq is a platform that facilitates connections between property owners and interested parties. We are not:

• A real estate agency or broker
• Responsible for the accuracy of property listings
• A party to any transaction between users
• Liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you to GoHomiq in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoHomiq, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of GoHomiq after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
